Meet Our Staff
When it comes to practicing law, the old saying “it takes a village” holds true. Our attorneys are supported by a skilled team of friendly, compassionate and helpful legal assistants, paralegals and staff. These individuals play a key role in moving cases along, assisting our lawyers and interacting regularly with our clients. We invite you to get to know the names and faces you’ll be dealing with when you work with Finderson Law.
Rhonda comes to Finderson Law with a professional background in teaching, marketing and business management. After graduating from Valparaiso University with a double major in Broadcast Communications, she obtained a certification in secondary education from Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne. Her career experience includes retail and public relations management, teaching high school publications and special ed, as well as running a prison puppy program that trained dogs to work as mobility service animals.
As an efficient leader, collaborator and natural conversationalist, Rhonda slid easily into her paralegal/marketing role on the Finderson Law team. The mother of 3 adult sons, she lives in Auburn, Indiana with her husband, Matt, and 2 incredibly spoiled tuxedo cats. Fondly known as “Momma DK,” playing euchre, spoons and cornhole with “The Boyz” creates a fierce competitor, while reading, knitting, doodling and watching movies brings her peace and tranquility.

REVIEWS FROM OUR CLIENTS
Great to work with. Went above and beyond to help us. Very professional and personable. They cared about me and getting done what was needed. Would highly recommend this firm. - D.P.
Always on top of the process and keeps in contact. Communication to me is key regardless if they are making progress or not and they were always answering the phone or returning calls promptly and answering any questions along the way. Top notch and while I hope to never use them again, I highly recommend them. Excellent and phenomenal! - H.H.
Roger went above and beyond for me and got me the results I needed. I'm extremely satisfied with how things turned out! Hopefully, I will not have to visit the office again; but, if I do need a lawyer, I know where to go! - T.
